Role Description

We are looking for a driven Sales Representative to lead end-to-end sales efforts for our B2B SaaS product. This role involves leveraging personal and professional networks, conducting in-person outreach, and providing high-touch customer support to drive growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through personal outreach, industry connections, and in-office visits.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.
  • Provide hands-on support to onboard and retain clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
  • Serve as a local representative of the brand, building trust and strong client relationships.

Comprehensive product training will be provided — after which you will take full ownership of the sales process.

About our product, our platform helps distributors collect and analyze data on sales representative activities in the field, providing visibility into customer visits, product presentations, and sales efforts. This data can be used for performance tracking, training, and process improvement, eliminating guesswork and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within distribution, field sales, or SaaS
  • Strong local network and ability to leverage industry connections to identify leads
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and visiting client sites regularly
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to tailor messaging to different stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales process from prospecting to closing
  • Understands tech

Preferred:

  • Experience selling to or working within distribution businesses
  • Existing relationships with key decision-makers in target industries
