Our client is a logistics company currently seeking a Sales and Exim Staff-Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Visit existing clients and referral clients from group companies to conduct sales activities.
• Accompany Japanese sales staff and participate in business meetings when necessary.
• Create and manage documents related to import/export operations.
• Coordinate with departments in Japan and other countries, suppliers, forwarders, and logistics companies.
• Manage schedules, documentation, profit calculations, and other related tasks.
• Update import/export regulations.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma's Degree or higher.
• Business-level English proficiency.
• Over 2 years of experience in sales of import/export materials in a trading/logistics company.
• Understanding of customs clearance processes.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations.
• Experience working in a Japanese company.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
