Sales and CS Support (Exim) - Sudirman, Jakarta

Humana International is proud to support a well-established Japanese company searching for a dedicated Customer Support Staff (EXIM) and Sales Project to join their dynamic team.

Job Roles:
  • Customer Support (Exim): Ensure smooth export-import processes by managing all necessary documentation and compliance, communicate effectively with local and international customers, handle order management and invoicing accurately, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely delivery. Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments to support seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Project: Handle direct and project-based sales activities, prepare daily and weekly sales reports for the Japanese manager, develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers, resolve complaints related to delivery, pricing, or product specifications, monitor project timelines, and create quotations by gathering pricing information from suppliers to support competitive proposals.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Admin, or Customer Support, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or trading companies.
  • Good understanding of EXIM activities.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask.
