Job summary

Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Min. D3, in Industrial Engineering / Engineering / Business related Fields.

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager / at Management Level.

Experience in logistics companies or automotive industry is preferred.

Good communication skills, high integrity, teamwork, initiative, proactive, and curious.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate effectively in English.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales team to acquire new customers, achieve sales targets, maintain existing clients, and oversee invoicing.
  • Manage administration team to ensure smooth order and Delivery Instructions (DIs) management, including entry, validation, and creating delivery plans.
  • Coordinate communication between the administration team, customers, and trucking providers.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop new projects.
  • Work with operational teams for delivery arrangements and maintain regular communication with customers.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies and prepare sales budgets.
  • Manage internal KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives like Hoshin Kanri.
  • Ensure team compliance with regulations, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 standards, customs regulations, and maintain communication with customs authorities.
