Job description

Sales Role in Agriculture and Industrial Machinery

We are seeking a candidate under 40 years old for a full-time, integrated sales position. A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or machinery-related fields is preferred, along with 5 or more years of relevant work experience, particularly in agricultural machinery and industrial products.

Additional qualifications include special training or certification in agricultural or industrial machinery, which is considered an added value.

The candidate should be able to work with sales targets and have a strong orientation toward building long-term client relationships. An understanding of agricultural and industrial machinery is essential, and willingness to travel for business is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for agricultural machinery and industrial products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and demand to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct compelling product presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating product benefits.
  • Negotiate terms skillfully and close sales to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and relevant documentation timely.
  • Engage in customer contact and communication to explore needs, promote prospects, and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
  • Manage payment risks, reduce payment losses, and ensure timely recovery of payments, actively handling settlement procedures.
