Sales Agent (FREELANCE)

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Agent to join our team (remote)! The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, articulate, and sales-driven individual. Reporting directly to the Marketing Team, the candidate will have the opportunity to apply best practices in sales and work with a high-calibre sales team.

Mode of Working: Remote

Compensation: Commission 1mio - 2,5mio/student and Transportation Allowance

Duties:

1. Help achieve or exceed sales target
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
3. Conduct market research to understand the needs and trends within your territory.
4. Serve as the main point of contact for clients within your territory.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues.
6. Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
7. Work closely with Marketing Team to ensure on the deal closure.
8. Represent the college at Education Fair, Workshop, Webinar, and other industry events.
9. Promote the college's program to potential students.
10. Report regularly to Marketing Team and provide insights on regional market conditions.

Qualifications:

1. Min. graduated from Diploma Program
2. Preferred: 2 years of hands-on experience in Sales or Customer Service
3. Education industry experience preferred
4. Understanding sales and performance metrics
5. Excellent writing and communication skills
6. Willingness to learn and apply
