Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Sales professional to join our team.

  1. The ideal candidate will be self-driven and focused on sales and conversions through affiliate marketing.
  2. The Affiliate Sales professional will be responsible for providing recommendations and spreading awareness about how Talenta HRIS can help HR and business owners manage their human resources effectively.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Prior experience in human resources or B2B sales is preferred.
  3. Ability to complete tasks with attention to detail, work independently, and multitask.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong negotiation skills.
