Job Description

• To assist in all sales activities relating to IP and to achieve sales targets.
• Responsible to develop new clients and generate sales from new and existing clients.
• To propose and execute sales & marketing strategies relating to IP.
• Good in follow-up work with clients and has a strong sense of urgency in responding to clients’ enquiries.
• Able to communicate and meet clients.
• Always maintain good relationships with the clients.
• Provide support for ad-hoc sales-related duties.
• Advising potential and existing clients on various IP matters.
• To assist with and engage in IP prosecution, including IP registration, drafting and responding to office actions, and coordinating with foreign IP counsels for both inbound and outbound IP filings.

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Candidate must possess qualification at least Bachelor Degree in the related field.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.
• Preferably, having at least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
