A leading recruitment company in South East Asia is seeking a Sales Administration Manager to oversee property sales processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in sales administration, particularly within real estate. Responsibilities include managing sales documentation, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position offers competitive remuneration based on experience and performance.
The Sales Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative processes related to property sales transactions. This role ensures smooth coordination between the sales, legal, finance, and customer service teams, while maintaining accurate documentation, timely reporting, and excellent after-sales support for clients.
Oversee the end-to-end administrative process of property sales, from booking to handover.
Manage and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all sales-related documents (SPK, PPJB, AJB, etc.).
Coordinate with legal, finance, and notary teams to ensure timely execution of sales agreements and legal compliance.
Supervise and guide the sales administration team to maintain high productivity and performance.
Develop, implement, and improve sales administration SOPs and workflows.
Monitor payment schedules and coordinate with the finance team on customer payment status and invoicing.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for internal and management review.
Ensure excellent customer data management and after-sales service support.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve issues related to sales documentation or customer complaints.
Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the property/real estate industry.
Proven experience in managing a team and sales administrative processes.
Familiar with property transaction legal documents and procedures (e.g., PPJB, AJB, SHM, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
