Develop, implement, and refine targeted strategies specifically focused on acquiring new corporate clients within the Indonesian travel sector.
Develop persuasive proposals, analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in Indonesia to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Proactively generate new business leads through strategic networking and targeted outreach.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified new business opportunities, ensuring sufficient volume to meet acquisition targets.
Ensure a smooth and comprehensive handover of newly signed clients to the designated Account Management or Implementation team for ongoing service and relationship management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of success in a B2B sales role with a primary focus on new client acquisition (a strong "hunter" profile), typically 5-7+ years.
Demonstrable experience selling solutions/services within the travel industry (Corporate Travel Management/TMC, MICE, Travel Technology, Hospitality B2B).
Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding new business sales quotas and acquisition targets.
Experience developing and executing successful new business strategies within the Indonesian market.
Superior negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities, specifically tailored for winning new business.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken) is essential. High proficiency in Business English (written and spoken) is required.
Excellent networking and relationship-building skills, particularly for establishing initial trust with prospects.
Strategic thinking and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
