Position Overview

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling cybersecurity solutions (products and services) to customers. The role involves hunting for new clients, understanding customer needs, making effective sales pitches, and creating and delivering the best solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Support the company's overall sales development by promoting core and value-added services through opportunity-based sales.
  • Achieve business targets via excellent sales relationship and communication skills.
  • Create sales leads, initiate prospecting, and establish ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers.
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and onboard customers through the sales network and customer base.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams and relevant departments to determine strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
  • Make regular follow-up calls to existing customers and develop business through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Penetrate targeted accounts to increase sales from existing clients.
  • Support marketing efforts such as exhibitions and events.
  • Provide feedback on market and competitor activity.
  • Identify and maintain standards of departmental training.
  • Perform any duties assigned by the company or management.
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools like Zoho for project management and monitoring to ensure data is up-to-date.
