Job Title: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive project-based revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with consultants and MEP vendors in the hospitality construction sector.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to project closing, including negotiation and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, presales, and operations) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships through professional account management.
Job Description:
- Promoting our solutions both offline and online.
- Finding new customers and managing current accounts.
- Conducting presentations.
- Sending quotes and closing deals.
- Handling administrative tasks (sales reports, pipeline management, PO/invoice processing).
Requirements:
- Age 22-30 years.
- Attractive remuneration package including salary, sales incentives, mobile, and transport allowances.
- Minimum S1/D3 with a GPA of 2.80.
- Passion for sales and/or IT industry preferred.
- Experience in preparing quotes and tenders preferred.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits to all levels of prospect organizations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, high motivation, and self-drive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good command of English communication skills.
