Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our growing team in Indonesia. This role focuses on managing and expanding corporate and B2B accounts in IT hardware, AV solutions, and workplace infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a solid background in direct B2B sales, experience with complex tender processes, and a proven track record handling mid to large enterprises and MNCs in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing key corporate accounts by understanding their needs, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities to expand DVI's market footprint in Indonesia.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposal, tender submissions, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Propose tailored solutions including AV technologies, IT infrastructure, and workplace/tenant fit-out services.
  • Work closely with internal solution and technical teams to develop customized client offerings.
  • Monitor account performance and sales metrics to ensure revenue targets are achieved or exceeded.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies in the AV and IT space.
  • Prepare and deliver regular updates on pipeline status, key account activity, and market insights to regional leadership.
  • Represent DVI at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience, preferably in AV systems, IT hardware, or workplace/tenant-related services.
  • Proven ability to manage corporate or MNC clients in Indonesia.
  • Solid understanding of tender processes, RFPs, and enterprise procurement cycles.
  • Strong working knowledge of AV technologies, networking equipment, or workspace infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written.
