Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating new business opportunities, organizing qualified sales meetings and the account development. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients and who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales. If you are a self-motivated individual with a passion for sales

Lead Research:

  • Meet the weekly required target of finding valid contact information for new prospects
  • Research and validate contact information and details as requested, including online desk research and phone calls

Establish Contact:

  • Contact stakeholders through email, calls and phone messages to arrange a meeting for the Branches and Chief Marketing
  • Work with the Chief Marketing to find creative ways to approach stakeholders and provide feedback
  • Liaise with stakeholders to promote RBI and Tiki Taka offering and proposition

Customer Success

  • Onboard and ensure successful test deliveries of all client partners in Indonesia including school, community, personal and company
  • Liaising with client to obtain accurate and timely information
  • First and main point of contact for all administrative and technical queries
  • Maintain all CRM and Project Management notes accuracy

Account Growth

  • Responsible for the growth and management of client accounts, including creating Account Plans, with results trackable through reorder value and renewal rates of partners
  • Perform account management duties including processing client requests and producing report for clients
  • Grow and develop RBI Application and Tiki Taka Franchise through building a robust client relationship, ideating and initiating activities that will support growth, including but not limited to attending and scheduling events with clients on marketing events
  • Produce reports, KPIs and presentation of account activities including reorder and renewals

Support and Administration

  • Support the Chief Marketing and Branches in developing pipeline of Tiki Taka in Indonesia
  • Ensure that activities are properly tracked in an organized and timely manner
  • Follow-up with prospects from marketing events / activities to generate booked meetings
  • Nurture existing contacts within the database to generate booked meetings

About You

  • Our ideal candidate is someone with 1-3 years of experience in sales-related activities
  • Experience working with parents and kids community or the early education industry is preferable.
  • You must be very organized.
  • You must be tech-savvy.
  • You are goals-driven and deadline-conscious.
  • You will be mostly working remotely, however, we may organize a get-together from time to time.
