Job description

Core Responsibilities

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc.

Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.

Record sales and order information and report the same to the manager ACS Network.

Make Sales Order.

Make report price comparison and activity sales competitor.

Ensure monthly sales target achievement.

Coordinate with the SCM Department for timely product delivery.

Confirm billing to the dealer.

Make sure the rebate figure is in accordance with the omzet value.

Coordinate with the sales admin coordinator to prepare invoices and rebates before visiting dealers.

Coordinate with the ACS Network manager regarding the latest market conditions and plans for visits to dealers.

Make a visit to the dealer (stock evaluation, ensure sell out and check the dealer's market share).

Identify the constraints experienced by the dealer.

Negotiating and establishing relationships for the expansion of new dealers.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related.

3 years experiences as Salesman/Sales in AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related.

Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word).

Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills.

Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.

Logically and analytically minded.

Detailed oriented and numbers friendly.

Fluency in English is advantage.
