Sales AC Specialist

Job Responsibilities

1. Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through personal contact, meetings, or via telephone.
2. Act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.
3. Review performance and aim to exceed targets.
4. Record sales and order information and report to the manager ACS Network.
5. Make Sales Orders.
6. Prepare price comparison reports and analyze competitor sales activities.
7. Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
8. Coordinate with the SCM Department for timely product delivery.
9. Confirm billing to the dealer.
10. Ensure rebate figures are in accordance with the omset value.
11. Coordinate with the sales admin coordinator to prepare invoices and rebates before visiting dealers.
12. Coordinate with the ACS Network manager regarding the latest market conditions and plans for dealer visits.
13. Visit dealers for stock evaluation, ensure sell-out, and check the dealer's market share.
14. Identify constraints experienced by the dealer.
15. Negotiate and establish relationships for the expansion of new dealers.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
2. 2 years of experience as a Salesman/Sales in the AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related.
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Flexible and open to changes, able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
6. Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a hands-on approach.
7. Logically and analytically minded.
8. Detail-oriented and numbers friendly.
9. Fluency in English is an advantage.
