About the role

As a Sales professional at Indo Motor Manufacturing, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our customer base. This full-time role is based in Kosambi Banten and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic objectives of our leading automotive manufacturing company.

What you'll be doing

1. Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities within target markets
2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers
3. Presenting our products and services effectively to generate interest and secure sales
4. Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals
5. Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
7. Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
8. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. Proven track record in a sales or business development role, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers
3. Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
5. Driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to exceeding sales targets
6. Proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software
7. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
