About the role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales professional to join our team at PT Secom Indonesia. As a Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the Jakarta region.
What you'll be doing
Meet the sales target.
Able to develop new opportunities in promoting and selling Security systems or equipment for building facilities such as CCTV, X-Ray, Fingerprint Machine, Face Recognition Machine, etc.
Identify and able to strategize how to win the projects (retail and corporate segment).
Build relationships with Customers for long term purposes.
Identifying customer needs to increase offers to related customers.
Mastering in product knowledge to make an offer for customers.
Make weekly visit reports based on market and sales information accurately.
Monitor the status of customer orders to avoid delays in delivery.
Having good after-sales communication with customers in order to increase customer’s trust and satisfaction.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within a similar industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a keen understanding of the sales process
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
Proficient in using sales tools and technologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Degree in a relevant field or equivalent sales/business development experience
