Job description

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum D3 in All Major/ Engineering/ Sales Representative major

Minimum 1 year experience in Fresh graduates (External Candidates)/ Mechanic (Internal Candidates)/ Sales/ Salesman (External Candidates)/ Service/ Equipment Management Analyst (Internal Candidates)/ Technician (Internal Candidates)/ Warehouseman (Internal Candidates)/ Working Experience as Sales

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer complaints, identifying customer problems, forwarding the problem to related parties (technician, engineer, etc.), and presenting at customer premises during troubleshooting or product delivery.
  • Responsible for maintaining prospect customers, conducting research on customer business, visiting the customer, and conducting presentations about product selling.
  • Responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunities for value added to customer, negotiating sales terms, and conducting the selling process.
  • Responsible for receiving POs, sending invoices to customers, confirming delivery and managing AR Collection.
  • Responsible for seeking resourcing support from Sales Support Manager for opportunities as needed.
  • Responsible for gathering information from customers as and when required and ensuring that the value proposition is conveyed effectively.
  • Responsible for determining call structure and approach, preparing discussion content, and questions for need analysis.
  • Responsible for creating plans for customer calls, getting support from other resources if needed, and scheduling the calls.
  • Responsible for informing customers about down payment requirements and receiving down payments, if needed.
  • Responsible for negotiating with customers to agree on final solutions, prices, and terms and conditions of the transaction.
  • Responsible for creating customer quotes based on agreed solutions, estimated delivery time, and approved prices.
  • Responsible for creating customer solutions along with Application Engineering and proposing the solution to the customer.
  • Responsible for interacting with customers to define requirements and informing the same to Application Engineering.
  • Responsible for conducting detailed opportunity assessments and prioritizing the opportunities based on predefined criteria; along with superior manager deciding when an opportunity needs to be pursued.
  • Responsible for reviewing leads and conducting assessments for lead qualification based on customer data.
  • Responsible for receiving leads internally or externally and collecting the required amount of data regarding the lead.
