An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. This role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies to boost market share and pursuing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cable manufacturing sector. Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in English are essential, with proficiency in Chinese being a plus. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.
Negotiate prices, terms and conditions of sale with customers.
Create and send sales offers or proposals to customers.
Achieve sales targets set by the company.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
Maximum 35 years old.
A Bachelor’s Degree in any major from a reputable university, preferably business/marketing/management/electrical engineering.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in a cable manufacturing company.
Proficient in English both written and spoken.
Proficient in Chinese both written and spoken will be an advantage.
Good appearance with strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work in a target-oriented work environment.
A good team player.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is a must).
Precise, hardworking, and passionate about sales.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
