Job summary

Harita Group is hiring a Safety Officer to oversee HSE activities on mining and industrial project sites. The role requires at least 2 years of experience and relevant K3 qualifications, with preference for AK3U certification. The candidate must be able to work at remote project sites and operate under roster shifts.

Strong knowledge of HIRADC/JSA, risk assessment, PTW, and safety inspections is essential, along with good communication and teamwork skills.

SAFETY OFFICER

Requirements:

• Min. D3/S1 K3, Engineering, or related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience as Safety/HSE Officer, preferably in Mining, Construction, or Industrial Projects.
• Certified AK3U is preferred.
• Proficient in HIRADC/JSA, Risk Assessment, PTW, Safety Inspection, Toolbox Meeting, and Incident Investigation.
• Experienced in monitoring unsafe acts/conditions and implementing corrective actions.
• Familiar with heavy equipment, lifting, working at height, hot work, excavation, and construction safety.
• Good communication, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work in remote/project site areas and follow roster/shift system.
• Strong safety mindset, discipline, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
