Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S, environmental engineering, public health, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of SHE experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or food production.
• Valid Ahli K3 Umum certification from Kemnaker.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and collaboration.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and maintaining workplace health, safety, and environmental management systems across our operations. Your primary focus will be to minimize workplace hazards, ensure compliance with national safety regulations, and promote a strong culture of safety and environmental awareness among all employees.

PT Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara mencari Staff Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) yang bertanggung jawab menerapkan dan memantau sistem K3 dan lingkungan kerja, memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan keselamatan, serta meningkatkan kesadaran dan budaya K3 di lingkungan perusahaan.

Job Responsibilities (English)

• Implement and monitor Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) procedures and programs in accordance with government regulations and company standards.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification across the facility to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist in investigating workplace accidents, near-misses, or environmental incidents, and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for corrective actions.
• Deliver SHE induction training for new employees, contractors, and visitors, and facilitate regular safety drills and awareness programs.
• Monitor waste management systems, emissions, and other environmental impacts to ensure compliance with environmental permits and regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all SHE-related activities, permits, incident reports, and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure that Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is properly distributed, maintained, and utilized by all staff.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan (Indonesian)

• Menerapkan dan memantau prosedur serta program K3 dan lingkungan (SHE) sesuai peraturan pemerintah dan standar perusahaan.
• Melakukan inspeksi keselamatan, penilaian risiko, dan identifikasi potensi bahaya secara berkala di area kerja.
• Membantu investigasi kecelakaan kerja, kejadian nyaris celaka (near-miss), dan insiden lingkungan, serta menyusun laporan dan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan.
• Memberikan pelatihan dasar SHE kepada karyawan baru, kontraktor, dan pengunjung, serta menyelenggarakan simulasi keselamatan dan program sosialisasi.
• Memantau pengelolaan limbah, emisi, dan dampak lingkungan lainnya untuk memastikan kepatuhan terhadap izin dan peraturan lingkungan.
• Mengelola dokumentasi terkait SHE, termasuk perizinan, laporan insiden, dan audit kepatuhan.
• Berkoordinasi dengan kepala departemen untuk memastikan Alat Pelindung Diri (APD) tersedia, terawat, dan digunakan dengan benar oleh seluruh karyawan.

Job Qualifications (English)

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Public Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the SHE field, preferably within the manufacturing, agriculture, or food production industry.
• Must hold a valid general K3 Expert certification (Ahli K3 Umum) from the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker).
• Deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations (UU No. 1 Tahun 1970), and environmental standards (AMDAL/UKL-UPL).
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively conduct training and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills and a high attention to detail.

Kualifikasi Pekerjaan (Indonesian)

• Pendidikan minimal S1 Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Teknik Lingkungan, Kesehatan Masyarakat, atau bidang terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1-2 tahun di bidang SHE, diutamakan dari industri manufaktur, pertanian, atau produksi pangan.
• Memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum yang masih berlaku dari Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan (Kemnaker) RI.
• Memahami peraturan ketenagakerjaan Indonesia, peraturan keselamatan kerja (UU No. 1 Tahun 1970), serta standar lingkungan (AMDAL/UKL-UPL).
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, presentasi, dan interpersonal yang baik untuk menyampaikan pelatihan dan berkolaborasi dengan berbagai tim.
