Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with key Sales and Operations personnel to support new contract negotiations and coordinate with key HO stakeholders to ensure timely conclusion and signing of new contracts.
  2. Support current contracts by engaging with Sales and Operations teams and coordinating with HO stakeholders to ensure effective management throughout the contract lifecycle.
  3. Utilize available Commercial Terms Sheets for negotiation and review of agreements with Sales and Operations teams.
  4. Assess potential opportunities and associated risks for new contracts through engagement with Sales and Operations.
  5. Evaluate and manage opportunities related to current contracts and renewals, including risk assessment.
  6. Lead the termination process of agreements when decisions are made to end contracts, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate with Sales and Operations to monitor and fulfill contractual commitments.
  8. Develop and monitor financial performance of contracts aligned with stakeholder reporting requirements.
  9. Promote a culture of continuous improvement in contract management, capturing lessons learned for future use.
  10. Review, update, and formally document contract price adjustments in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent experience.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a Commercial Management role.
  3. Strong understanding of Commercial & Contract Management processes, systems, policies, and procedures, with a sound knowledge of High Level EM or Parts & Service Operations.
  4. Proficiency in Business English, Mid-Level Math and Analytical Skills, problem-solving, MS Excel, and general computer literacy.
