Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Engage with key Sales and Operations personnel to support new contract negotiations and coordinate with key HO stakeholders to ensure timely conclusion and signing of new contracts.
- Support current contracts by coordinating with Sales and Operations teams and ensuring effective management throughout the contract duration.
- Utilize available Commercial Terms Sheets for negotiations and reviews of agreements.
- Assess potential opportunities and risks related to new contracts by engaging with Sales and Operations teams.
- Evaluate and manage opportunities and risks associated with current contract renewals.
- Lead efforts to terminate contracts efficiently once a decision has been made.
- Monitor and assist with fulfilling contractual commitments.
- Develop and monitor the financial performance of contracts in alignment with stakeholder reporting needs.
- Promote continuous improvement in contract management by capturing lessons learned for future applications.
- Review, update, and document contract price adjustments according to contractual terms, communicating changes formally to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a Commercial Management role.
- Solid understanding of Commercial & Contract Management processes, systems, policies, procedures, and high-level operations related to EM or Parts & Service.
- Proficiency in Business English, Mid-level Math and Analytical skills, problem-solving, MS Excel, and general computer literacy.
