We are looking for a Strategy & Planning Budget Controller Manager, Expansion Territory, to join the team in Jakarta, Indonesia and strengthen our budgeting, forecasting, and planning discipline. The Strategy & Planning team helps steer disciplined growth by aligning the organization’s priorities, resource allocation, and performance visibility across at least five business products. We partner with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Operations, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure strategic initiatives are well planned, well governed, and backed by clear financial insight.
The team works closely with budget owners and leadership to track spend, challenge assumptions, surface risks, and improve budget governance across projects. You will report to the Head of S&P Territory Expansion. This role is onsite and based in Jakarta.
