Job summary

Staffinc is looking for a delivery runner to collect and deliver medical supplies to healthcare staff in Medan, ensuring vaccines and medicines are kept at proper temperatures during transit.

The role requires high school education, a personal motorcycle with 2022+ model, SIM C, SKCK, and a smartphone. Expected to work quickly, communicate well, and be willing to work on holidays. Preference based on domicile.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collecting and delivering medical supplies to healthcare staff based on service needs or requests.
• Delivering vaccines/medicines from the pharmacy to the medical staff’s location while maintaining cold chain.
• Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time according to terms.
• Receiving prescriptions from doctors and returning them to the pharmacy.
• Providing support to healthcare staff during service delivery.
• Send timestamped proof of pickup and delivery for handover.
• Update travel or delivery status in the internal system.
• Report incidents, delays, or issues during service delivery promptly.

Job description

Collecting and delivering medical supplies (vaccines, medicines, and/or medical equipment) to healthcare staff based on service needs or requests.

Delivering vaccines/medicines from the pharmacy to the medical staff’s location while ensuring the coolbox temperature is properly maintained throughout the delivery process.

Ensuring all deliveries are accurate and completed on time in accordance with the agreed terms.

Receiving prescriptions from doctors and returning them to the pharmacy in accordance with procedures.

Providing support to healthcare staff if there are any additional needs during the service delivery process.

Send timestamped during pickup at the pharmacy and upon delivery at the medical staff’s location as proof of handover.

Update the travel or delivery status through the operational group or internal application.

Immediately report any incidents, delays, or logistical issues that occur during the service process.

Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Own a personal motorcycle min year 2022 and hold an active SIM C and SKCK.

Own a smartphone.

Understand the Bali or Medan operational areas and the fastest routes.

Able to work quickly, communicate well, and take responsibility.

Willing to work on holidays.

Preferred placement based on domicile.
