This role offers a prime opportunity to advance your career in the dynamic world of banking, providing tailored financial solutions to high-value clients and building long-term wealth management strategies which will focus on Funding and Wealth Management segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Actively acquire new clients and nurture existing relationships, consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious targets.
  • Wealth Solutions Expertise: Provide specialized financial products, including investments and loans, tailored to individual client profiles, supported by an experienced Product Team.
  • Portfolio Optimization: Develop strategies that maximize client portfolio growth, building trust and fostering loyalty.
  • Client Tier Advancement: Identify and upgrade promising clients to Priority Client status, giving them access to exclusive banking solutions and services.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably from a reputable university.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in a Relationship Manager role within banking or wealth management.
  • Certifications: Must have WPPE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) and AAJI (Asosiasi Asuransi Jiwa Indonesia) certifications.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and sales skills; strong knowledge of banking and wealth management products.
