About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Division Manager to join our team at Amber Lombok Beach Resort in Central Lombok West Nusa Tenggara. As a fulltime Room Division Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the smooth operation of the hotel's rooms department, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and efficient utilisation of resources.

What you'll be doing

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and other rooms-related departments to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness

Develop and implement effective strategies to maximise room occupancy, revenue, and profitability

Oversee the training and development of the rooms department team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, such as occupancy rates, average daily rate, and guest satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and a positive guest experience

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Participate in the hotel's strategic planning and decision-making processes

What we're looking for
