A leading telecommunications company seeks a Rollout Manager to oversee and manage the construction and commissioning of telecom infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, exceptional leadership and communication skills, and a strong understanding of telecom processes. This role is crucial for ensuring project completion to specifications while maintaining high-quality standards and customer relationships.
Job Description:
1. Supervises and updates the construction plan, organizes construction resources reasonably, ensures the completion of tasks, and analyzes the engineering progress through the GAP protocol.
2. Ensure that the construction quality complies with the engineering specifications and contract acceptance requirements. Organize pre-service training for the construction team, supervise and manage the construction team (including the subcontractor), and review the subcontracting resources appraisal results.
3. Engineering process management, including coordinating customers, subcontractors, and engineering and technical teams to complete pre-installation preparations, engineering installation, commissioning and acceptance, solving and upgrading process problems, output engineering construction documents, and promote site acceptance.
4. Manages the engineering delivery scope and records extra workload. Performs unified and integrated design of multi-product equipment, prepares and reviews design documents, and organizes design disclosure and support.
6. Manage the headquarter rollout team and report to PD.
