Job summary

PT Indonesia Epson Industry (IEI) invites energetic engineers to join its robotics team in Jakarta. The role focuses on supporting pre-sales and application activities across Indonesia with guidance from senior technicians.

The ideal candidate has a robotics/mechatronics background, a willingness to learn, and is capable of traveling across Indonesia for field activities. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or related Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or junior candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Exposure to robots, PLCs, machine vision, sensors, motion/control or automation is an advantage.
• Basic programming/automation knowledge and willingness to learn; Epson training provided.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving; willing to travel across Indonesia.

Requirements

• S1 (Bachelor's) degree, preferably in Robotics, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply. Junior candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience will also be considered.
• University projects, internships, competitions or practical exposure involving robots, PLCs, machine vision, sensors, motion/control or automation are an advantage.
• Basic programming/automation knowledge, strong willingness to learn and interest in industrial robotics are important; Epson product and application training will be provided.
• Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills; willing to travel for field activities across Indonesia.

General Requirements

Minimum GPA 2.50. Strong Bahasa Indonesia and good working English; Mandarin or Japanese is a plus. Curious, hands-on and eager to learn. Able to work well in a team and independently, stay organized and meet deadlines. Proficient with MS Office and PC-based technical applications.
