Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of game development experience.
• At least 6 months of hands-on Roblox Studio and Luau experience.
• Passion for videogames and the industry.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented and event-driven programming concepts.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement game features across Roblox Lua in core areas: game logic, UI, AI/NPC behavior, and back-end services.
• Write robust Luau code that scales to many concurrent players.
• Collaborate with the team, own features or systems, and contribute to game design.
• Document design and technical details for review by leads.
• Stay updated with Roblox platform changes and new engine features.
• Prototype quickly to demonstrate gameplay ideas and iterate with feedback.
