Conduct field surveys to gather technical data on tyre usage in mining environments, including vehicle load, road conditions, tyre pressure, and operating temperature.

Provide technical recommendations to management on appropriate tyre specifications and tread patterns tailored to the specific conditions of each mining site.

Analyze tyre usage data, including evaluation of lifespan, performance, and failure causes, and prepare regular technical reports for the General Manager.

Perform routine visits to mining sites to inspect tyre conditions firsthand and offer technical solutions to mine operators, enhancing operational efficiency and safety.

Collaborate with technical and sales teams to support new product trials and the development of tyre designs based on customer needs.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in the industrial/heavy equipment tyre sector, preferably with exposure to mining applications.

Solid understanding of OTR (Off-The-Road) tyre characteristics and applications, including technical parameters such as TKPH, air pressure, and load distribution.

Strong ability to conduct technical analysis based on field data and present findings and recommendations in a clear, actionable format.

Willingness to travel and conduct regular site visits to remote mining locations.
