RND Operations Sr. Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualifications and data analysis on polymer product packaging and its relation to keep and maintain the quality and quantity of polymer products inside.
• Handle customer complaints and negative feedback (NF) investigation on polymer product packaging and its relation, define root cause analysis, and communicate it to the relevant team to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the quality of incoming product packaging, manage non-conformity reports (NCR) of abnormal cases, and communicate with vendors via CNP to find resolutions.
• Prepare schedules and conduct regular inspections to ensure the raw material for production is in good condition at each production stage and follow up on findings that affect the end product to prevent customer complaints.
• Handle and be in charge of management audit activities as well as suppliers and customers audit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
• 5-6 years of experience in flexible packaging
• Understand the petrochemical industry from upstream to downstream
• Tech-savvy & good analytical thinking
• Good English skills, both spoken & written

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon.
