Risk Underwriting & Counterpart Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Perform underwriting/assessment for projects/revenue streams holistically (suggest project structure, identify risk and its mitigations, tax implications)
• Act as coordinator for other support team counterparts (especially Legal and Finance) in the underwriting/assessment process
• Ensure every business initiative, project, revenue stream, and program aligns/complies with the company’s risk appetite, guidance, SOP, and other agreed rules
• Coordinate with the business team to prepare materials and complete requirements before final assessment by the committee
• Liaise with Risk Assurance and Monitoring function to conduct monitoring after initiatives/projects/revenue streams/programs go live

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in consulting firms with deep understanding of company structures and tax implications or risk advisory matters
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to create slide presentations
• Experience with assessment/advisory matters related to FMCG companies is a plus
• Strong analytical skills for providing proposed/suggested recommendations related to project structure, tax implications, and risk
