Job summary

Mekari is seeking a seasoned risk leader to own and advance its Enterprise Risk Management program in Jakarta. You will build AI-driven risk solutions, connect LLMs with core data, and engage leadership across business units to strengthen enterprise risk mitigation.

This role requires strong governance, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead the Risk Register, drive risk treatment strategies, and deliver actionable reports to executives while ensuring ISO 27001 and SOC

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong governance, controls, risk assessment and audit follow-up skills.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Mekari’s Enterprise Risk Management framework end-to-end.
• Build and operationalize AI-powered risk management solutions by integrating LLMs with enterprise data sources and workflows.
• Enable proactive risk engagement across business units to strengthen mitigation.
• Lead the development and enhancement of the Risk Register with accurate scoring.
• Influence stakeholders and drive execution of risk treatment strategies.
• Deliver structured risk reports to senior leadership and executives.
• Provide risk insights for internal audit planning, vendor assessments, and new product evaluations.
• Lead risk awareness campaigns and training company-wide.
• Maintain compliance readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2 and related frameworks.

• Build and operationalize AI-powered risk management solutions by integrating LLMs with enterprise data sources and business workflows.
• Enable proactive risk engagement across all business units to strengthen enterprise-wide mitigation.
• Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the Risk Register, ensuring accurate risk identification, parameters, and scoring.
• Influence stakeholders and drive effective execution of risk treatment strategies across the organization.
• Deliver structured, actionable risk reports to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Provide risk-based insights for internal audit planning, vendor assessments, and new product evaluations.
• Lead risk awareness campaigns, training programs, and communication initiatives company-wide.
• Maintain compliance readiness for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other relevant frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
• Strong stakeholder management, critical thinking, and reporting capabilities.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, SOP governance, risk assessment, and audit follow-up processes.
• Excellent coordination, communication, interviewing, and influencing skills.
• Highly detail-oriented, assertive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in tech, digital, or fast-paced cross-functional environments is an advantage.
