Job description

Develop and implement risk management strategies aligned with the company’s Risk Appetite Statement (RAS).

Conduct Risk Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) to identify, evaluate, and monitor operational and strategic risks.

Design and implement risk mitigation controls to prevent disruptions and strengthen operational stability.

Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and escalate issues when thresholds are exceeded.

Prepare Financial Position Reports (FPRs) and communicate key risk exposures to senior management.

Review and update risk management policies to ensure regulatory compliance and best practice alignment.

Lead risk reporting to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity on risk positions and mitigation progress.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years in risk management, preferable in the insurance services industry.
  • Professional certification required CRMO/CRMP/CRGP.
  • Experience in working directly with Committee Chairman, OJK or being involved in regulator's inquiries or audits would be strong advantage.
