- Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze internal and external risks, providing timely reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Establish risk mitigation strategies and ensure business continuity plans are in place.
- Conduct risk assessments, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
- Collaborate with different departments to integrate risk management processes into business operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.
- Lead risk awareness training programs for employees to enhance the company’s risk culture.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and ensure regular updates with risk mitigation measures.

Job Specification:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
