Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Accounting, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates with a strong interest in Risk Management.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new knowledge and business processes.
• Basic understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and familiarity with ISO 31000, ISO 27001, COSO ERM, and Business Continuity Management (BCM) concepts.
• Having professional certifications such as Certified Risk Management Officer (CRMO), Qualified Risk Management Analyst (QRMA), or equivalent is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and update risk management policies aligned with ISO 31000.
• Review alignment with existing business processes.
• Conduct periodic risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and mitigation planning with Risk Owners.
• Monitor effectiveness of risk controls and track mitigation progress.
• Prepare risk reports on Top Risks, cross-unit risk trends, KRIs, and improvement recommendations.
• Support the implementation of BIA and updates to the BCM plan and testing according to annual plan
