Job summary

PT Bussan Auto Finance (BAF) seeks a Risk Management Analyst to develop and maintain dashboards that enable the Risk Management team to analyze trends and promptly elevate significant risk exposure to Senior Management.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in IT/Math/Statistics/Finance/Economics and at least 5 years of MIS or data analysis, with experience in regulator reporting (OJK) and the multifinance industry.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT, Math/Statistics, Accounting/Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of MIS experience or data analysis.
• Experience in reporting to regulators (OJK) and the multifinance sector.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Risk Management dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Enhance and optimize existing dashboards and tools to align with growth, regulation, and data methods.
• Conduct annual reviews of Risk Management methodologies to stay effective and compliant.
• Evaluate the accuracy of risk models and data used for reliable risk assessment.
