A leading finance company in Jakarta is seeking a Risk Control Manager to oversee auto loan risk strategies. The role involves analyzing market risks, collaborating with multiple departments, and enhancing the risk early warning mechanisms. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree and substantial experience in risk management, capable of conducting quantitative analyses.
Job responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the formulation, optimization and implementation of risk control strategies for Indonesia's auto loan business to ensure that business risks are under control;
2. Conduct in-depth research on the risk characteristics of Indonesia's auto loan market, analyze factors such as customer credit, value of mortgaged vehicles and market fluctuations, and formulate corresponding risk assessment models;
3. Work closely with product, marketing, operation and other departments, participate in product design and marketing, and provide professional advice on risks;
4. Establish and improve the risk early warning mechanism, conduct real-time monitoring and early warning of potential risks, and put forward countermeasures in time;
5. Review and optimize the risk strategy regularly to adapt to market changes and business development needs;
6. Report the progress of risk management to superiors, and provide data support and professional advice on risk for decision-making.
Job Requirements:
1. Master degree or above in finance, risk management, economics and other related majors, with more than 3 years of work experience in risk control strategy development or related fields;
2. Have a deep understanding of the Indonesian auto loan market, familiar with the process and method of risk identification, assessment, monitoring and early warning;
3. Have strong data analysis and modeling ability, and can use statistics, machine learning and other methods to conduct quantitative risk analysis;
4. Excellent logical thinking ability and judgment ability, able to accurately identify and analyze potential risks;
5. Good communication skills and team spirit, able to work effectively with different departments and teams;
6. Proficient in English for work communication, good cross-cultural communication skills, Chinese is a plus.
