Job Description

  1. Develop, implement and monitor policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  2. Identify and assess risks associated with new products, services, and activities and provide recommendations for mitigation and management of those risks.
  3. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of the risk and compliance program, including the development of metrics and key performance indicators.
  4. Develop and facilitate risk and compliance training programs for employees at all levels of the organisation.
  5. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other departments to ensure a sound risk and compliance culture.

Requirement

  1. Undergraduate degree or equivalent with a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the capital market industry.
  2. Sound knowledge of the financial industry, capital market, and investments.
  3. Extensive network and relationships with related stakeholders.
  4. No prior legal and/or audit records in the past.
  5. Relevant risk management certifications would be preferable.
