Qualifications

• Fresh Graduate or Bachelor's in analytical/quantitative field.
• Experience with Python, SQL, and MS Excel.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to explore data and build SQL analyses.
• Exposure to credit scoring concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio risk metrics regularly and flag anomalies or trends.
• Perform root cause analysis when risk indicators deteriorate to identify drivers.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations and implement adjustments.
• Build and maintain SQL-based features, analyses, and dashboards for risk surveillance.
• Occasionally evaluate models to support credit scoring improvements.
