Reviewer - Property Valuation

Greetings!

KJPP Tobing Panuturi dan Rekan, Surabaya Branch, is seeking a Senior Property Valuer / Reviewer to join our team.

Position: Senior Property Valuer / Reviewer

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major (preference for graduates from the Faculty of Economics or Engineering).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in property valuation services.
• Holds PLP 2 and PLSPI Certificates issued by MAPPI (candidates who have passed PLP 2 are encouraged to apply) and RMK Certificate from MoF.
• Holds MAPPI T Membership.
• Experience in machinery and vessel/ship valuation is a significant advantage.
• Willing to be based in Surabaya.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of valuation working papers and draft reports prepared by valuers.
• Discuss and report the progress of ongoing projects to the Partner.
• Monitor the ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
• Ensure delivery of valuation reports to clients no later than the agreed deadlines.
• Maintain effective and professional communication with clients and colleagues.
• Coordinate with teams to manage and archive finalized project files.
• Participate in site visits and travel as required for specific projects.
• Stay informed about market trends and developments in the property sector.
