About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Revenue Manager to play a key role in maximizing profitability for our hospitality clients. In this role, you will leverage data analytics to forecast demand, optimize pricing strategies and implement revenue management initiatives. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance and operations teams to align revenue goals with overall business objectives. Additionally, you will monitor performance metrics, analyze market trends, and provide strategic recommendations to improve revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and contribute to the execution of revenue management strategies
  2. Provide expert guidance to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders
  3. Support the development of long-term strategic action plans (6-month, 12-month and 2-year) to maximize revenue across multiple properties
  4. Ensure alignment of sales strategies with brand initiatives and adapt them to fluctuating market conditions
  5. Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to refine pricing strategies and increase market share
  6. Manage inventory to optimize cluster-wide room revenue and pricing recommendations
  7. Oversee distribution channels to ensure accurate hotel positioning and pricing competitiveness
  8. Initiate and evaluate revenue tests to improve pricing effectiveness

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  1. Break down complex data into actionable insights to enhance revenue performance
  2. Generate and deliver timely reports, presentations and strategic updates
  3. Continuously analyze transient booking patterns and market trends
  4. Maintain accurate reservation system data and ensure system optimization
  5. Provide recommendations for improving revenue management processes based on data-driven insights

Collaboration & Communication:

  1. Act as a key liaison between revenue management, sales and hotel operations teams
  2. Communicate brand initiatives, demand forecasts and market analysis to relevant stakeholders
  3. Work closely with group sales teams to coordinate pricing and inventory strategies
  4. Ensure all revenue strategies align with business goals and client needs

Who Should Apply:

Qualifications & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Hospitality Management or a related field
  2. Have a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, a proven experience and track record of optimizing revenue and profitability
  3. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  4. Strong understanding of SaaS software development lifecycle, methodologies and best practices
  5. Experience with hotel operations, property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality technology solutions is a plus
  6. Able to travel domestic and overseas upon request
  7. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, market trend evaluation and pricing optimization
  8. Exceptional communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
