Working with the respective Department (General Trade/Modern Trade) to deliver sustainable growth in volume, revenue, and profitability, aligned with market potential for each channel to optimize Department contribution for CCEP profitability.
Key Accountability:
- Review recommended prices from TCCC for each SKU to ensure alignment with customer segments.
- Manage price setting in the respective department in line with CCEP guidance to ensure price stability, prevent revenue leakage, and achieve channel profitability.
- Develop promotional and discount guidelines aligned with channel characteristics to stimulate category value for CCEP & customers.
- Manage alignment of display principles & guidelines (PICOS) for respective channels to win the profitable SOVI.
- Monitor and review profitability and revenue performance for each product/pack in respective channels to ensure all programs deliver profitability as planned.
- Manage marketing programs aligned with product/pack strategy (including price implementation) in respective channels to ensure strategy execution.
- Manage Revenue Growth monitoring systems and tools for respective channels to ensure all strategies are executed as planned.
- [Specific for Modern Trade] Work with Account Managers to review and build trading terms to optimize CCEP and account profitability.

- Align and socialize product/pack focus with Sales & Marketing teams in respective channels to deliver strong revenue & profitability performance.
- Implement change management regarding SKU Rationalization in respective channels to minimize risks and meet targets.
- Recommend volume opportunities, risks, and pack mix optimization aligned with market potential to achieve desired revenue.
- Ensure a safe work environment by following OHS policies, plans, procedures, induction, training, and work instructions, including hazard management.
Career experience and qualifications:
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or Accounting.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance/Marketing within FMCG companies.
