Working with the respective Department (General Trade/Modern Trade) to deliver sustainable growth in volume, revenue, and profitability, aligned with market potential for each channel to optimize Department contribution for CCEP profitability.
Key Accountabilities:
- Review recommended prices from TCCC for each SKU to ensure alignment with customer segments.
- Manage price setting in the respective department according to CCEP guidance to ensure price stability, prevent revenue leakage, and achieve channel profitability.
- Develop promotional and discount guidelines aligned with channel characteristics to stimulate category value for CCEP and customers.
- Manage alignment of display principles and guidelines (PICOS) for the respective channel to win profitable SOVI.
- Monitor and review profitability and revenue performance for each product/pack in the respective channel to ensure all programs deliver profitability as per plan.
- Manage marketing programs aligned with product/pack strategy (including price implementation) in the respective channel to ensure strategy execution.
- Manage Revenue Growth monitoring systems and tools for the respective channel to ensure all strategies are executed as planned.
- [Specific for Modern Trade] Work with Account Managers to review and build trading terms to optimize CCEP and account profitability.

- Align and socialize with Sales & Marketing teams in the respective channel regarding product/pack focus to drive revenue and profitability.
- Implement change management regarding SKU Rationalization in the respective channel to minimize risks and meet targets.
- Recommend volume opportunities, risks, and pack mix optimization aligned with market potential in the respective channel to achieve desired revenue.
- Ensure a safe work environment by following OHS policies, plans, procedures, inductions, training, and work instructions, including hazard management (identification, assessment, and control).
Career Experience and Qualifications:
Education Background:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or Accounting.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance or Marketing within FMCG companies.
