Job description

Working with the respective Department (General Trade/Modern Trade) to deliver sustainable growth in volume, revenue, and profitability, aligned with market potential for each channel to optimize Department contribution for CCEP profitability.

Key Accountabilities:
  1. Review recommended prices from TCCC for each SKU to ensure alignment with customer segments.
  2. Manage price setting in the respective department according to CCEP guidance to ensure price stability, prevent revenue leakage, and achieve channel profitability.
  3. Develop promotional and discount guidelines aligned with channel characteristics to stimulate category value for CCEP and customers.
  4. Manage alignment of display principles and guidelines (PICOS) for the respective channel to win profitable SOVI.
  5. Monitor and review profitability and revenue performance for each product/pack in the respective channel to ensure all programs deliver profitability as per plan.
  6. Manage marketing programs aligned with product/pack strategy (including price implementation) in the respective channel to ensure strategy execution.
  7. Manage Revenue Growth monitoring systems and tools for the respective channel to ensure all strategies are executed as planned.
  8. [Specific for Modern Trade] Work with Account Managers to review and build trading terms to optimize CCEP and account profitability.
  9. [Specific for Modern Trade] Review account trading terms to identify opportunities to maximize revenue growth and marketing initiatives.
  10. Align and socialize with Sales & Marketing teams in the respective channel regarding product/pack focus to drive revenue and profitability.
  11. Implement change management regarding SKU Rationalization in the respective channel to minimize risks and meet targets.
  12. Recommend volume opportunities, risks, and pack mix optimization aligned with market potential in the respective channel to achieve desired revenue.
  13. Ensure a safe work environment by following OHS policies, plans, procedures, inductions, training, and work instructions, including hazard management (identification, assessment, and control).
Career Experience and Qualifications:
Education Background:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or Accounting.
Professional Experience:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance or Marketing within FMCG companies.
