Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Revenue Accountant to join our finance team in Jakarta. You will handle revenue settlement records from all payment gateways, manage AP/AR, and support monthly, quarterly, and annual closes with accuracy and timeliness.

You will analyze B2B and B2C revenue data, ensure correct accounting treatments, assist with tax calculations and regulatory compliance, and prepare documentation for internal and external audits while collaborating across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced MS Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems (Xero a plus).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving with high attention to detail.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, with good interpersonal skills.
• Capable of handling a large volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather, visualize, and communicate data clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Handle revenue settlement records from all payment gateways.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable transactions.
• Analyze B2B revenue transactions and define accounting treatments.
• Verify refund transactions daily.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
• Support tax calculation and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare documentation for external audits.
• Collaborate with internal teams on new initiatives.
