What’s the job?

To provide fact-based analysis and administrative support for Sales and Revenue Management as a fundamental part of the revenue decision-making process. Support e-commerce in pricing and inventory distribution, maintain rate parity, and ensure no BPG violations on rate distribution. Provide detailed and thorough competitor intelligence data to assess resort positioning against competitors in terms of visibility, electronic merchandising, and promotional pricing. This role is vital for e-commerce and revenue management, providing current, accurate external climate information.

Your day-to-day
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly reports required by Revenue
  • Gather data and transform facts into meaningful information to support revenue decisions
  • Assist with compilation of annual budgets, business plans, and action plans
  • Demonstrate knowledge of hotel systems – Opera, Holidex, Delphi – to ensure proper data capture
  • Maintain and update information using tools like IBP, SBRP, including external events, competitor rates, STR results, and revenue trends
  • Attend Revenue Room Meetings and generate reports and analyses for these meetings
  • Prepare and complete ad hoc reports, especially on competitor information and market trends
  • Assist with monthly forecast submissions
  • Execute daily F&B revenue forecasts and conduct F&B revenue meetings
  • Analyze F&B customer trends
  • Support sales team with data and analysis
  • Handle enquiries via telephone, fax, email promptly
  • Assist in planning promotional strategies and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with other IHG properties and regional sales teams
What are the qualifications?
  • Minimum five years’ experience in five-star/luxury hotels and resorts
  • At least 2 years as a multi-property Reservation Manager
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Advanced Opera PMS skills
  • Team player
  • Proficient in statistical and competitive analysis
  • Energetic, positive attitude
  • Understanding of hotel operations and revenue management
