Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at Desert View in Grand Canyon, Arizona. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

What will you do?

• Supervise and train team members to maintain standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist management with daily operations and inventory.
• Monitor store floor, assist with guest needs and requests.
• Regularly evaluate, create, and maintain professional visual displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards.

More about you

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to direct the work activities of team members and plan ahead.
• Valid drivers license and ability to operate company vehicles in inclement weather required.
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working with point of sale (POS) system and cash handling required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Requires effective verbal and written communication skills.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Constant standing, walking, squatting, lifting, some stair climbing, repetitive movements.
• Visual acuity to operate POS system, perform inventory, paperwork and reports.
