Your Talent

• Two to three years of management experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets, identify, hire, train, develop, and retain top talent, and lead teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and motivational skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Commercial acumen and interest in innovation and change.
• Leadership qualities.
• PC skills, including MS-Office, Lotus Notes, and Internet proficiency.

Your Mission

Location: Lippo Mall Puri, Jakarta, Indonesia

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Retail Operations Manager in achieving sales, KPIs, and profitability through effective planning, expense control, and customer service.
• Ensure high standards of customer experience in line with PUMA’s service standards.
• Train and develop sales associates, building a high-performing team.
• Manage store operations, including merchandise processing, inventory management, and loss prevention.
• Implement training programs and analyze customer data to inform business strategies.
• Coordinate marketing activities and participate in store openings or closings, with travel as needed.
• Maintain visual standards and store condition according to company policies.
• Ensure a safe, compliant working environment for all staff.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
